I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?Updated 10 months ago

We completely understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. Our return policy varies depending on the manufacturer, but generally, most manufacturers impose a 25% restocking fee for returns, with a minimum requirement of 7 or more unopened cartons.

Please note that moldings, underlayment, and adhesives are not eligible for return.

To ensure a smooth process, returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receiving your materials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened boxes, special or custom orders, or close-outs.

If you need to initiate a return, please reach out to one of our flooring specialists who will guide you through the process. Keep in mind that obtaining a Return Authorization may take 48-72 hours due to manufacturer policies.
