We understand sometimes things happen- Our return policy varies according to manufacturer but as a rule most manufacturers charge a 25% restocking fee with a minimum of 7 or more unopened cartons

Unfortunately moldings, underlayment and adhesives are not returnable.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of material. Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, special or custom orders, or close-outs.

Defective product may be exchanged, prior to installation, within 30 days of receipt. (subject to manufacturer approving the defective claim).

Installed product is considered accepted by you and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges in connection with purchase are non-refundable. Shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility.

Very important- all returns must have a RA (return authorization number). Please do not return merchandise without receiving an RA ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in the manufacturer refusing the return. 

To initiate a return please contact a flooring specialist to begin the process.  Please note that an RA may take 48-72 hours.  This is due to the manufacturer policies.
